Skimmer is the best route software in the industry. Chemistry logs, route optimization, service reports, billing. It does not text back a missed call, chase a quote, or ask a customer for a review at the right moment. That's not a knock. It was never built for that.
PoolCRM sits in front of Skimmer. It handles everything that happens before a customer is on the route and everything that happens with the phone after.

What the connection does
- Contacts stay in sync. A new customer in Skimmer shows up in PoolCRM with name, phone, email, and address. No double entry.
- Service completed triggers the review ask. Your tech finishes the stop in Skimmer. Two hours later PoolCRM sends the review request. Weekly customers get asked once, not every week.
- Won quotes become Skimmer customers. Move a quote to Won in PoolCRM and the customer is created in Skimmer, ready to be routed.
- Missed calls know who's calling. An existing Skimmer customer calls and misses you. PoolCRM texts them back by name and pulls up their card.
How we set it up
- You give us Skimmer admin access for an hour, or hop on a screen share.
- We connect Skimmer to PoolCRM through Zapier. Skimmer publishes the triggers we need.
- We test with a fake customer end to end. Create, complete a service, watch the review text fire.
- You keep using Skimmer exactly the way you do now.
PoolCRM is not affiliated with Skimmer. We connect through the public integration tools Skimmer offers to any software. If Skimmer changes those, we adjust the connection as part of your monthly fee.
Pricing
$397 a month for PoolCRM. Skimmer is billed by Skimmer. Zapier is billed by Zapier, usually $20 to $30 a month. We'll give you the exact number on the setup call.

No. PoolCRM connects to Skimmer through Zapier and webhooks, the same tools Skimmer publishes for any integration. We set the connection up for you.
Do I have to leave Skimmer?
No. Keep it. Skimmer runs the route, chemistry, and billing. PoolCRM handles the phone, the quotes, and the reviews.
What data goes between them?
Customer name, phone, email, and address flow from Skimmer to PoolCRM so contacts stay in sync. Service-completed events trigger review requests. Won quotes can create a customer in Skimmer.
Do I need a Zapier account?
Usually yes, on a paid tier. It runs about $20 to $30 a month depending on volume. We'll tell you exactly which plan on the setup call.
What about Pool Brain, Jobber, or QuickBooks?
Same approach. Anything with Zapier or webhooks connects the same way.
